Well, before looking for help, please make sure that you have read the README file in your w-agora installation.
If you are upgrading from a previous installation read the doc/UPGRADE.txt file.
More docs and manuals will be available soon in the documentation section

Support forums

If you dont find a clue in the documentation, then you can ask a question in the w-agora users forum. Your questions and replies get archived which helps the next person who has the same problem.
Please, before asking your question, Make sure it as not already been asked/solved by searching the forums.
When you ask a question, please provide as much information as possible about your problem. The more information you provide in your help request, the easier it is to help you fix your problem, ie. it helps us to know:

• [if public site] the URL of your installation
• the version of w-agora,
• the version of PHP,
• Your environment (your WEB server, your operating system)
• [if applicable] the web browser and version you are using,
• any debug output, error message or clues that you've already discovered.
